When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within one to three business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, or at any time over the weekend, will begin processing on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
During especially busy periods, processing may take an additional day or two. This is most common during the weeks leading up to the winter holidays. Shipping carriers may also experience delays during high-volume periods, so please allow extra time for your package to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders totaling $35 or more.
For U.S. orders under $35 and orders shipping internationally, available shipping methods and estimated costs will be shown at checkout before payment is required.
Shipping charges are based on the cost of shipping your package and the materials needed to pack your order safely. Carrier rates may change, so shipping costs can vary.
You can proceed to checkout at any time while shopping to view the available shipping options and estimated cost. You will not be charged until you complete your order.

Economy Shipping is free on qualifying U.S. orders of $35 or more.

How long will delivery take?
Once your order has shipped, you can use the estimates below as a general guide.
Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Idaho, so delivery may be faster for customers located nearby.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Actual transit times may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, customs processing, and other delays.
- Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may take up to 10 days longer than the estimates shown below.
- Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays.

Most international orders are delivered without additional duties, but customs policies vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges assessed by their local customs office or delivery carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Beadaholique.
